Shipping

United States (lower 48 states only)

Shipping options will either ship via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail (we will determine the best shipping method depending on the product ordered and the shipping destination). Transit time is 5 -7 business days.

You have the option of upgrading your shipping to FedEx Express Service and the cost will depend on what is being ordered and your shipping location.

Express Options include Express Saver- 3 day transit time; FedEx 2nd Day- 2 Day transit time; and FedEx Overnight- 1 Day transit time.

Please keep in mind that the day your order is placed does not count as one of the shipping days. It takes us a day to process and fulfill the order.

To upgrade your shipping please contact us sales@targetgolf.com and we will give you a quote on additional cost.

Rest of the World

If you are interested in purchasing a Target Golf Game anywhere else in the world we can still help you. There will be an international shipping fee and we will require you to contact us via email with your contact details (including phone #) and what you wish to order and we will call you back to arrange for you to pay for your order and the excess shipping.

New Country Shipping Hubs

We will be opening new domestic shipping locations in multiple countries toward the end of 2018. We will post these locations as they become available on our social media (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) Play Target Golf, and update here also.

Sydney Australia will be our first domestic shipping location outside USA.

Returns

Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of receipt of the product.

We always hope that the Target Golf Game exceeds your expectations. If they do not for whatever reason, please email questions@targetgolf.com or call us so we can help to alleviate whatever issues you may be experiencing.

We DO NOT offer “free” returns. This is largely due to the fact that the games are very costly to ship back and forth. As stated, we DO NOT send pre-paid return labels for you to return the product. You are responsible for shipping the product back to us using your preferred shipper (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc). If the Game has not been taken out of the box, simply tape the box up and ship it back. If the Target Golf Game has been taken out of the box, it needs to be packed up the same way it was received. The foam ends that come in the shipping box need to be in place so the rods don’t protrude while in transit. All accessories need to be placed in a plastic bag to keep them together, so as not to damage the foam rods. The hoop needs to be placed back into its flat hoop box with the circular center float and shipped separately. Once we receive the Target Golf Game back at our warehouse, a refund will be given based on the following guidelines: You will be refunded all minus the “actual” shipping cost. Actual shipping cost is the amount we were charged to initially ship the product to you.

If you are in the Continental USA you were not charged for shipping when you placed your order; however, the amount we paid to ship your products to you will be kept out of the refund.

If you would like to know how much your product cost to ship, please email questions@targetgolf.com and we can let you know what your refund will be and what will be kept for shipping. The product purchased, as well as the shipping location, will affect how much we were charged for shipping.

If the Target Golf Game is not packed properly and parts are damaged, we will keep 50% of the cost of the Game, as well as actual shipping cost.
